Our volunteers play an important role in the State Theatre by enthusiastically providing leadership and support for myriad projects and activities. Comprised of men and women of all ages and backgrounds, our corps of volunteers works to strengthen community awareness and public appreciation of the State Theatre, contribute to its financial strength, and provide appropriate support services to its staff.
Opportunities Volunteers may participate in a broad spectrum of programs and activities depending on their interests and flexible options accommodate each volunteer's personal schedule. Daytime or evening, weekday, or weekend. There's always an activity to fit any schedule. Volunteers may participate in activities in the following areas (click here to fill out application): • Reception Desk (Administrative Office)
• Grassroots Marketing
• Education Dept. Assistance (School Performances & Other Programs)
• Fundraising Projects
• Ushering
• Social Media / Google Analytics

Becoming a State Theatre volunteer makes you a part of the State Theatre family. As you share your talents and interests with fellow volunteers, you also learn more about the inner workings of the theater, its education programs, and its role in the community.
